Jennifer Wells-Qu

Diversity/ nonprofit coach

Throughout my career, I’ve bridged people and places to optimize change pathways geared to breakdown taboos, accelerate justice, and fight inequality. This includes building partnerships across Asia for Equality Now’s anti-sex trafficking work, developing and teaching a small business curriculum for refugees in South Africa, and serving as an advisor to Beijing-based social impact org Purpose in Motion and as a mentor for Nigeria-based NGO Inspire for Greatness. I have lived, worked, and traveled across 4 continents and 45 countries and accumulated countless stories of courage, resilience, and creativity.

My mission as a coach, yoga teacher, and diversity trainer is to deconstruct the narrative of success by helping young professionals mindfully create a vision for the impact they want to have on the world and then generate a strategy to get there faster.

My vision is a world not just of equal opportunity, but equal access to opportunity. My strategy is to radically scale my impact through partnering powerfully with visionaries, creatives, and get sh*t done-ers to create a world we all want to live in. I’m particularly passionate about creating change for women and refugees, who are disproportionately disadvantaged by most societies.

My tools of choice are coaching, yoga, and anti-racism training.

Seeking that next level? I offer free 30 minute consults to see if you’re making the moves to get where you want to be.
